Matthew Rhys on "Brothers & Sisters'" Abrupt Ending
Video: Matthew Rhys Laments Abrupt End to "Brothers & Sisters"
by Michael Ausiello 2/1/13 I sat down with "The Americans" star Matthew Rhys to talk about his new series on FX. We also talked about his previous series "Brothers & Sisters" and how it abruptly ended. "Brothers & Sisters" kind of came to an abrupt end. Was that disappointing to you that there wasn't a more appropriate farewell on-screen, and off-screen I'd imagine? Incredibly so. Those 5-years were incredibly formative for me. It was just a great opportunity to give. We had a lot of people come up to us and ask "What was up with the end?", you know we were robbed of a real ending. I think we ran a good 5 seasons. I think it could have been great if we had another season, or a half-season, for a much more sufficient ending and it would have been a great opportunity if we had the chance to do that. http://tvline.com/2013/02/01/the-ame...-keri-russell/ |
