"Once Upon a Time": "Smallville" Vet Has 'Tiny' Role
by Matt Webb Mitovich January 22, 2013 Cassidy Freeman landed a super new gig that returned her to Vancouver, where "Smallville" used to call home — on "Once Upon a Time". As quietly revealed the other day in ABC’s press release for the sophomore drama’s very next new outing, 'Tiny' airing Feb. 10, Freeman will guest-star as “Jack” — presumably as in Jack to "Lost" alum Jorge Garcia’s beanstalk-guarding giant, who returns in the episode. “We just saw the cut of the episode, and we’re very, very excited,” "Once" co-creator Adam Horowitz told me at ABC’s TCA press tour party. “We love Jorge to death, after all the years working with him on Lost, and we’re very excited to offer a continuation of how his character fits into the overarching mythology of our show.” http://tvline.com/2013/01/22/once-up...-freeman-jack/ |
