MAYFIELD HIGH lapel pins

I watched the orginial show as a boy and I have the DVD set. Taking it further I am having some MAYFIELD HIGH lapel pins made. Should be ready in late January 2013. Super nice too! So when people ask where is Mayfield... it is in the Leave it to Beaver show! Fun!

That's a very neat idea! You're very own memorabilia! If possible post a picture when you get them I would love to see how they turned out!

In early December 2012, my sister and I had dinner with Tony and Lauren Dow. They are really "neat" people (that's Leave it to Beaver speak if you don't recognize it). Thus I went on to have the lapel pins made. Tony will have a bunch of these!

That's another reason I'm enamoured of the show. A super nice cast off screen. None of that b.s. whining about how the show stunted their careers through typecasting. And close to each other. I saw a reunion interview including Barbara Bilingsley, Jerry Mathers and Ken Osmond - charming lovely people. I could get into meeting anyone from the cast but esp. Jerry Mathers. I love the work he does on behalf of diabetes and how to keep it tightly controlled.

A wonderful show on many fronts.

I was able to post a photo of the MAYFIELD HIGH lapel pin in the upload photos section. It's under "Leave it to Beaver"... I think this is where I posted it:

The pins are small... .75 diameter. How to get a pin to you? Hmmm... I don't suggest you put your address or other info here. Not sure how to do. Need to mail it somewhere. Cost is zero. It's a hobby.

My pin came in the mail today and I wanted to tell you "thank you so much!!" I am a teacher, so I'm going to wear it to school and see if anyone asks me about it!
