It depends on my age. As an adult, I like Maude more. I've watched it every day in reruns on antenna TV. Didn't watch it as a kid because it dealt with more adult humor and issues. I loved Diff'rent Strokes when I was younger. Watched it every week during its original run. Got the DVD as a an adult but didn't like it as much. Its more a kids show I feel.

I watch DS now for Mr. Drummond now that I;m a grown man.

I watch them both alot when I was younger I watched Diff'rent Strokes more but I think Maude is probably a better show.

I understand your reasoning. But even though these are completely different shows, I can still choose which series I PREFER.

I believe Maude was the BETTER show, but Diff'rent Strokes is my personal favorite of the show.

Yeah I would watch DS over maude also but can only compare maude to shows like

I know what you mean. He played such a calm, father figure on Diff'rent Strokes, so it was a shock for me at first to watch him on Maude acting horny with Rue McClanahan or getting in heated discussions about politics with Bea Arthur but I guess that's what actors do.
