Does anyone else think that Hugh Beaumont looked liked Richard Nixon at their respective ages?

Not at all. Like Rich said, Hugh is much better looking.

I have a bad feeling this is going to be one of those threads that never dies.

Well, since all of you are in agreement, I will also add that Nixon could NEVER hold a candle to Hugh's wonderfully handsome looks!

Perhaps posting two pictures which lend weight to your impression might help.

I'm going to say no as well Hugh is more dashing. Not that I go for that sort of thing.Lol. I do however have always thought the Yellow Angry bird looks like Nixon

In any event, I think THIS thread is a great one because it got many of us participating. I bumped up two threads I started to see if that might spark fire. I'm hoping others will begin to start a lot of threads too. Re Hugh, you have great taste. An appealing gent on many levels. |

About the only similarity I can see is that they both have the greased back hair.
Nixon's got the ski slope nose, not present on Beaumont. Nixon also has a long face, whereas Beaumont's is pretty round. They were both born, roughly, around the same time, I believe, so maybe there's a certain generational "look" to them, but really, I think you're barking up the wrong tree here. |
