Exclusive: "Smash" Finds Its JFK
by Matt Webb Mitovich 1/7/13 More than a bit of Camelot is coming to NBC’s "Smash", with the casting of a British actor as Bombshell‘s John F. Kennedy. Julian Ovenden, whose TV credits include the UK series "Foyle’s War" and "Any Human Heart", plus ABC’s "Cashmere Mafia" — has landed the role of Simon, the actor who will play opposite Karen Cartwright as Marilyn Monroe’s infamous Canoodler-in-Chief, TVLine has learned exclusively.
