Helping finding and episode

I know plenty of episodes wehre JJ used kid - dynamite. But I'm having trouble finding the one where he says "rated D for dynamite". Can anyone help???

The episode from season 2 called "Crosstown Buses Run all Day, Doodah, Doodah"


J.J wanted to take Michael to the movies on a school day to see a dractula movie and then he said....." I rate it D for DYNOMITE"

Then Florida responded with........."I rate it F for FORGET IT!!!!!
