Default Bebe on Broadway!

Okay, I did one for Bebe's movies, but being the Broadway fanatic that I am, I figured I'd do a poll for everyone's favorite musical Bebe's been in! LOL I realize many of you haven't actually seen her live, but for those of you who have, which was your favorite musical? Maybe it's not your all-time favorite musical, but you loved her in that role! See, this can even go for those who've at least heard her on CD's! I am not a HUGE Damn Yankees fan, but I LOVE her as Lola! I only wish I saw the show live!

Frasier: I see. Well, enticed as I am by your honeyed words, I'm gonna need some kissin'.
Lilith: Frasier, don't misunderstand. I'm not proposing any change in our relationship.
Frasier: Would we sleep together?
Lilith: I thought we'd freeze your sperm.
Frasier: Is that a yes or a no?
Lilith: Natural fertilization isn't practical. I'd have to fly to Seattle every time I ovulate.
Frasier: Right, okay. So then, your plan is for me to visit some local doctor, freeze my essence, and then bring it home with you.
Lilith: Correct. I'll take mine to go!

I voted for Sweet Charity, mostly because I absolutely adore Big Spender. And just about every other song in there as well. Maybe they'll do a revival somewhere in my lifetime...*sigh*

*looks around confused* I just realized something... is Everett Beekin even a musical?! LOL I was so out of it when I made this poll... I was going to write "Favorite Broadway Show Bebe's Been In" as the title, then I thought "Oh, wait... Everett Beekin was off-Broadway...". Then I just automatically wrote "musical", not even thinking? I didn't see it, so...??? *innocent face* Whatever. LOL

Exclamation you forgot Pal Joey

I heard she was fantastic in that. I wouldn't know personally, I've only seen her in Chicago. I refused the free ticket to see her in Fosse, I can't stand that show really...

She was also in Threepenny Opera, but that wasn't on Broadway.

**moo, still theatrical as ever**

ok chances are ill get hit round the head for this but im not really a fan of musicals and Ive never seen any of the above at all. ive only ever seen Cats and Sunset Boulevard like most people who go to theatre in the Uk. However, having looked into some stuff on Chicago and seeing the recognition its getting here (Denise Van Outen did in in London and now shes going on Broadway with it) i guess ill hypothetically vote for that....fact is even if id seen all of them i think itd be very hard to choose cos i guess bebe was great in all of them...!!

Okay, first... Everett Beekin SO isn't a musical. Let's just forget the title, and pretend it says... favorite stage show? *Ugh... minor mistakes drive me insane!*

Anyhow, Ruthie Henshall played Roxie Hart in Chicago on the West End (in London) and then come to NYC and played Velma... I saw her as Velma, but I prefer her as Roxie! :-) London musicals rock! Has anyone seen Hey, Mr. Producer? (One of my all-time favorite videos!)

Well, I still voted for Damn Yankees as my favorite up there... I didn't see it live, but I'm telling you... Bebe was DAMN funny as Lola!! I love it!!!

Lola: "Oh, Joe... oh, Joe chyou are so sexy, when chyou says that... 'Lola.' Ooo... chyou make me shivah all ovah! Well, some men says to me things like... um... 'I loves chyou, CHYOU are SO beauteefool, I would DIE for chyou... and it means NADDA! But you say 'Lola.' and suddenly I feel like a leettle meena... oo!"
Joe: "Please, um, Miss Banana... I really gotta go... it's not, um--"
Lola: "Chyou be a good boy, Joe... and do like Lola tells chyou to do."
