Sabrina wasnt a teenager in seasons 6 & 7.

Season 4 she was 18
Season 5 she was 19

So in the last two seasons she was in her early 20s.

Seasons 3 and 4 where abit confusing, in Season 2 she turned 17 so she must of been 18 for two years or something. So I'm just guessing she was 18 in Season 4 because I know in America they finish school when students are 18

I think they just figured that people who watch a show with a talking cat were willing to suspend belief for a little bit.
