My guess is that's from 1950 movie West Point Story
James Cagney is a West Point instructor.
Alan Hale is in drag as part of a cadet show. Cagney also worked with the senior Alan Hale in movies like The Fighting 69th, Strawberry Blonde and Captain of the Clouds. Great photo. |

isn't this a great film! I really do enjoy watching James Cagney in these musical roles! The best is when he coldcocks Alan's character, Bull, for making fun of him.
