Yes, this is from the first season. He's Jake Bricker.
In the second season, he's Sculley for five episodes, playing a big Irishman, talking with an Irish accent.

Alan cut quite a dashing figure in his early days! When he got the girl, it was great to see. Especially in Biff Baker, he was always kissing his wife!
