I was a geography major in college so Foursquare is neat to me because you can map out all the places you have checked into (visited). Some places have coupons when you check in too.

I have had a linkedin page for a couple of years and I still really don't know the point of it. It is related to job hunting, but I am not sure what to do with it

I used to be on MySpace wayyy back in the day, but deleted my account after it was too much to keep up with.

I really like Pinterest and like that you can view boards and pins without actually being a member. I'm afraid if I join, I may never leave. Also, I fear the copyright issues and such.
