Trying to identify a segment - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

When I was much much younger, I remember seeing a UM segment that scared the living daylights out of me. I don't remember all the specific details, but what I do remember is that it started out with this guy trying to cut a coconut with a knife. He ended up throwing the coconut against a wall, and then went compltely and utterly insane.. I seem to remember him slashing furniture with a knife, and even chasing his young daughter and his dog around the room. I have only seen this segment once, and would love to be able to see it again. Thanks for any help!

Was that the case of the lady named Miriam who was living with foster parents as a child because of her father's mental instability?
