Angels episode

Does anyone recall the Angels segment where the divorced single mom w kids went to live in an apt.,was helped by her co-workers w furniture and things,and then on thanksgiving,she took the kids outside to grill hotdogs and play for awhile....they didn't have much money and that was all she could do... and was met on the way back by an unknown elderly woman who stopped them and said she'd cooked dinner for her and the boys.She said "How did you know...?", and only got a vague answer in return.
They went to eat w her in a downstairs apt.,and chatted for awhile.The elderly lady sent her back w some books to read,and containers of leftovers.The next day she went to return the containers,only to find the apt. was totally,completely empty,even of furniture and curtains.She met up w the apt. manager who told her that apt. had been vacant for a long time,and he didn't know any elderly women who lived in the apts.(or something to that effect?).So she left w no explanation,to the conclusion that it must have been a real angel who helped her.
She went on to be a foster parent,and iirc,even won an award for the many kids she'd helped raise,saying it was the angel encounter that had always led her to do what she did.Anyone recall that one? JW what the segment name was,and what the lady's name was. Thanks.
