I just watched the episode when Dan and Roseanne caught Mark in the bar and told him to stay away from becky. So that was episode 6 of season 3 and the next episode is not being shown because it's a halloween episode

So does how Mark appear again in season 3? Does Becky sneak out to see him?

I think the next time we actually see Mark is later in the season, in "Her Boyfriend's Back", though its mentioned she is sneaking around to see him throughout the season.

Even in real life, parents not liking their teenage daughter's boyfriend usually makes her MORE attracted to him
