has lost his congressional seat. He has lost to another Democratic representative from California, Brad Sherman in a redistricting battle. The race was notable for its nastiness - the two even had a physical confrontation at one point during a debate.
This was the greatest race between two people of the same party with rhyming names since the Laffee-Chaffee race of Rhode Island in 2006. |
