The Flashback episode for the 9th season? I don't recall seeing this flashback only the one from early in the series after a 100 eps which in my opinion was stupid

If you mean the episode where they flashback to Gloria and Mike meeting for the first time, I also don't remember ever seeing it in syndication.

No that ep has been seen in syndication,

I;m talking about season 9 flashback episode. That's the one i don't remember seeing
