Default If you watch a current show on Network TV and then watch that same episode on

Demand, will you see additional scenes on demand that was not featured when you watched it on network TV?

Trying to confirm that something is missing from a Big Bang Theory episode I watched on CBS and On Demand

I can't fully answer your question since I don't watch those newer shows.Only guessing but it's possible they are now actually editing/showing shorter versions of NEW first run shows,so they can show extra commercials.--Maybe when you watched it ON Demand it was the un-edited version that ran the full,what... 18 minutes or however short those new shows run.

An aside:I'm a little curious if they actually make 2 versions of newer shows.A shorter version that airs in America, and a longer version that airs in European and other countries where commercial time is still limited.I know it sounds a little crazy, but it would not surprise me.Afterall I think it was poster EmoJoe,who mentioned they actually sell directors cuts(longer versions) of some new shows on DVD.

Yes it has commercials , I guess I timed everything. lol

But I clearly don't remember this scene on CBS which may have been too much for network TV

Penny having Sheldon pinned down to the floor and kissing him and then Amy joining in and kissing him to while he was on the ground

That aired on CBS. And how would kissing Sheldon be too much for network TV? Haha. It definitely aired. I have the episode DVR'd and that scene stuck out to me the first time I saw it.

That's the way TV is these days. You never get enough "Bang" for your bucks!
