I'm thinking about opening an agency and wanted to get opinions on it. If any of you have ever worked in this field, what did you think of it? Pros and cons?

Yeah I'm psyched to try it! I just don't know much about the business part to it.

I believe my community college had a program where you can train to be one or something similar like that. See if there is something like that near you that way you can see if you like it or not. It will probably have a lot of the business aspect to it because I think it was the business department that had the program.
