Default The weird ending to the episode when Terri dates a murderer

Remember when the guy finally admitted to having a criminal past and explained that he is taking steps to change his life? Why did he whisper into Terri's ear before he left?

Then terri said that he told her....."Don't eat the salad because he saw a worm in it"

Why couldn't he just tell her that without whispering it?

Maybe he wanted Jack or Janet to eat that worm because they confronted him about his past!!! J/K!!!

I think it made the viewer think twice about how he said he'd owned up to his mistakes and was a reformed man by having planted something in the salad before he made up with everyone and was now fessing up to it through guilt. It certainly added suspense for a second!!

LMAO, you maybe right.

But he didn't whisper in her ear that long to say..."don't eat the salad because I saw a worm in it"

So that was very inaccurate

He did seem to whisper only one or two words in her ear. Unless he talked fast!!!

he could have just said "(there's a) worm in the salad" - it would've gotten the point across

I think the indirect message that episode gave was that just because a person looks normal and seems like a nice guy, doesn't mean that he is

That man was a real weirdo

What I got from it was more like people are capable of changing and we shouldn't judge/vilify them for their past if they have truly or are truly trying to make a change.

But he was still acting like a weirdo the entire episode, the examples below

1. Having seasoning for the salad inside his suit jacket

2. Whispering in Terri's ear

3. The way he was looking when he was mixing the seasoning in the salad

4. The way he sounded when he said...."You are afraid of me"

How did he even know they were going to have salad, or does he just carry the seasoning around?!

He also looked creepy when he caught Terri and Jack hugging.

Loved Janet's hysterics in this episode though!!! Joyce played high-strung very well!!

That's another good point. First of all why did this man

1. Put on a suit to have a dinner date inside a apartment???-lol

2. Put seasoning inside his jacket when he didn't know the dinner menu

I think I will look at this episode again tonight so I can analyze his craziness LOL

The whole episode was strange. The guy murdered his wife and by the end of the episode everyone is apologizing to him for jumping to conclusions. Ok, it was a crime of passion, but he is still a murderer and we're supposed to feel empathy for him, for the way he's treated. Don't get me wrong, great episode, lots of laughs, but weird.

Not to mention him wearing a suit everytime he was seen, inside the Flowershop and the Trio's apartment
