Saturday Night Live Season 6 original broadcasts with commercials
The holy grail for SNL collectors like myself, the infamous 1980-1981 season of SNL, this season is considered by many to be one of the worst seasons ever. Copies that I have seen floating are repeats from the 90's which I'm not interested in. I want the original broadcasts.
Highlights: Eddie Murphy debuts as a cast member. Charles Rocket says "****" live on the air. The list goes on & on. Episodes I need: E2 Malcolm McDowell / Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band 11/22/80 E3 Ellen Burstyn / Aretha Franklin, Keith Sykes 12/6/80 E4 Jamie Lee Curtis / James Brown, Ellen Shipley 12/13/80 E5 David Carradine / Linda Ronstadt / Pirates of Penzance cast 12/20/80 E6 Ray Sharkey / Jack Bruce & Friends 1/10/81 (Need a copy with commercials) E8 Robert Hays / Joe "King" Carrasco & the Crowns, 14 Karat Soul 1/24/81 E9 Sally Kellerman / Jimmy Cliff 2/7/81 E10 Debbie Harry / Funky Four Plus One More 2/14/81 E12 Bill Murray / Delbert McClinton 3/7/81 These are high in demand for me, we'll never see these on dvd.
