Anyone remember a short-lived sitcom from the 70s titled The Waverly Wonders? It starred former Jets quarterback Joe Namath as Joe Casey, a history teacher turned basketball coach. Gwynne Gilford portrayed the principal.

I remember it, the lead role was originally offered to Larry Hagman who turned it down in favor of another script he'd been sent which was Dallas.
