I LOVE the Awesome Foursome routine. They definitely should have done that more often. It sure wasn't used enough.

In the video, the guy wearing the hat on the left of JJ looks very framiliar. I think he was one of the HITops in The Steve Harvey Show which was about 20 years later, so I can't tell. He looks too young in The Good Times video for me to be certain.

Anyway, I remember the dude with the giant afro had it real bad for Thelma.

Because most people don't have a good memory of what they watched on TV when they were 5 and younger

I think a lot of people remember watching a particular show that they grew up with. Back then we lived in a small 2 bedroom apartment in a bad part of Dallas. I can remember the neighborhood, the apartment, the furniture, neighbors apartments I have a great memory. Can't help it.

There were so few channels when I was growing up so it is easy to remember the shows I watched.

TK Carter was in the short-lived series, Just Our Luck. He played Shabu:

I used to have that show as a TV collector and put it in the RARE category but now I see that youtube has removed the RARE title

Regina was Finnnnnnne! LOL. I loved that movie. T.K. was also Shana's boyfriend on the cartoon "Jem" in the 80's.

The actress that played Reggie's girlfriend in the movie was Misha McKay who was on the twice shortlived seasons of "Me and Mrs. C". Shame I only got one episode.
