Yup, moustache and all..! This episode from 1970, is about Rob and Katey's new neighbors in the apartment next door. "Joe", and "Eve", quickly become the neighbors from hell. Of course, it all works out in the end.
I thought Jerry looked almost like he did in the last year of Beaver. (1963) I never saw this one originally, so I thought I'd share. Thanks METV. |

I saw that episode too! The young woman acting as his wife was Lori Martin, who played Gregory Peck's daughter in Cape Fear.

I remember seeing this episode when it was on N@N or TVland some years ago.

Lori Martin is widely remembered as the star of the TV series National Velvet, and sadly she's no longer with us.
She had appeared previously on M3S as one of Robbie's many girlfriends. Her physical appearance (hair, etc.) did not change much over those years -- it would have been funny to include an inside joke, such as "have we met somewhere before?" -- though obviously she played totally different characters. |

Originally airing in March 1970, I'm glad Lori & Jerry did the M3S episode, reunited -- as they had appeared together on LITB in 1963. Lori fascinates me. So sadly gone at age 62 (1947-2010). |

Neat screen cap.
I can almost hear June. -Ward, Beaver has a mustache. He's too young to wear a mustache. I want you to tell him that we don't want him wearing one. Lol |

Yes, this was a season 10 episode of My Three Sons. Lori had appeared near the end of Leave It To Beaver.
In the Beaver episode, his parents wanted to send Beaver on an educational tour of the country; he (understandably!) wanted to stay home and romance Mary Margaret Mathews, eighth grade siren, played by Martin. |

I saw this episode last night. Totally traumatizing. Was NOT expecting that. Not one bit.

Right up there with the great leading men of film, Jerry was the natural successor to Rudolph Valentino, Cary Grant, and Rock Hudson. He was experimenting (just like Rock did) to see if the mustache made him even more irresistible.
Jerry says: "I want your love... I want... your love..."

Here are a few looks at lovely Lori Martin from that Season 10 episode: This is a particularly nice image showing us Lori's pretty face: |
