I have little doubt that it will last no more than one more season. The ratings are slipping and Kutcher and Cryer are very highly paid. Adding the new Walden character had the possibility to breathe some new life into the show but the writing has not come through and the new supporting characters around Walden have not added anything. I try to suspend disbelief while watching TV, but they constantly talk about Walden's billions, yet his girlfriend is frustrated by the lack of privacy due to Alan? The idea that he lost his home to his ex-wife and only apparently had the one home, then bought the beach house and moved in with others is a bit silly. The strangest part to me is that the kid is now an adult and I don't think the writers knew how to deal with that so they sent Jake to the military.

The story lines have gotten even raunchier since the departure of Charlie Sheen, I really didn't think that was possible. So yeah, I think it's been on long enough.

You are right! It is even more racier now than it has been before. I can't even bear to watch some scenes. It's getting a tad ridiculous.

I just started to get into the show once Sheen left. I have to say I enjoy the show. Last weeks ending cracked me up. I have watched a lot of Sheen episodes recently and his episodes are funny also. But I will agree that the new episodes are racier.

I still watch but they keep pushing the envelope and it seems like they are losing depth. I really liked last season and want to like this season but we will see.

I like it but I really like the way it use to be when Charlie was on and him and Jake threw zinngers at each other and Charlie and his mother threw zinngers at each other. I miss Jake being on more.
