Marissa Jaret Winokur of TV Land's "Retired at 35" will be giving Chris, Nick and Gary a tough time. Winokur's character, Lydia Allmendinger (she sounds annoying, doesn't she?), is the new head of the co-op board where the guys live. She is seemingly well put together, but will come to reveal herself as a bit cray-cray.
