Smile What's the most obscure sitcom you can remember?

We all grew up watching sitcoms that lasted a season or less, yet still remember to this day. Does anyone recall...

The Double Life of Henry Phyfe
Broadside
The Pruitts of South Hampton
Accidental Family
Room for One More
The Hathaways
Hank
I'm Dickens, He's Fenster
Where's Huddles? (animated)

Question

Whoa... never hear dof any of those ones! Most of the one-season wonders I remember, I don't actually remember the names of. Like the show with Dave Coulier as a super hero trapped in the real world... I even had the comic book version of the show! I alos remember a show about an American who shared his apartment with his non-english speaking Russian cousin (this was pre-Perfect Strangers), and another show that had Arsenio Hall as a genie? Or were all of these just weird dreams I had...

The only one on your list I recall is "Double life of Henry Phyfe". I actually miss that show.

But I also remember "Occasional Wife"! And I'll bet that I'm the only one.

The most obscure sitcom I can think of is a show called "What a Dummy". It was a syndicated show sort of like "ALF", except it had a red-haired talking dummy instead of an alien. One of the stars of this show was Stephen Dorff, who has had some good movie roles since then and would probably like this show never to be mentioned again.

Hey, speaking of ALF rip-offs, wasn't there a show that featured a fire-breathing Dragon-puppet? What was that one called?

Hmmm... didn't "Lottery" fall under the category of "Drama" rather than "Sit-Com"?

How about Teen angel (I think maybe one season) and You wish (I Think half a season or so)? Now I really liked those! Hilarious! I was a religious watcher of those.

Okay, too many names and not enough detail... I'm sure I would remember some of these shows, but going by just the name is impossible! What was "You Wish"? Could anybody put up some brief descriptions of these shows? Thanks!

You wish was about this Genie guy and this lady (The Lady that Played marsha on the brady bunch...wait she was on teen angel) found the bottle and he became hers and she got any wish she wanted not just 3. It was really cool. Teen Angel was about this teenager that ate a poisonous hamburger and died and then came back to life and watched over his best friend and his best friend was the only one that could see him. They were both really funny.

Yeah that's part of the reason I liked it! It wasn't GARBAGE!!! I guess I could say that those were on my list of top 10 favorite shows! I actually liked you wish better than teen angel but teen angel was really funny too.
