xmas eve morning.....(reese and anthony walk into the
store after a day of last minute shopping)
Julia: well hi yall! you were gone an awful long time!
Reese: We had to find the perfect present for the
perfect women!
Julia: Oh gosh Reese
Suzanne: Julia let him talk
Anthony: It was hard to shop for you hunny, you
already have everything, but I think I found
something..
Suzanne: what?
Anthony: you have to wait until tomorrow...but i did
get everything for AJ..and then some!
Suzanne: You spoil your son too much!
Anthony: Well that's what I'm SUPPOSED to do, I'm his
father.
Julia: Reese, tell me you didn't spoil the girls
Reese: Well...
Julia: good! You're supposed to spoil em!
Reese: I thought you were going to yell at me
Suzanne: julia im surprised at you!
Julia: why? its their first christmas!
Reese: Wow, you've changed! Julia, is Payne coming her
for Christmas?
Julia: i think so...he didnt say he wasn't...
Reese: Oh, ok
Reese: Can I talk to Mary Jo, Anthony, Charlene and
Suzanne for a minute darlin?
Julia: I suppose so
Reese: Thanks
Suzanne: what do you need to talk to us about?
Reese: Well, I've flown in Perky and Payne as a
surprise to Julia.
Mary Jo: Really? She'll love you forever
Charlene:-(laughing) you copycat!
Reese: i know forgive me
Charlene: Ok, you are forgiven
Reese: What I'm going to do, is have Payne call here
and tell Julia that he can't come this year, and all
of a sudden, tomorrow morning I'll say I have a
surprise for her, and they'll walk in. Do you think
she'll like it?
Anthony: I think she'll LOVE it
Mary Jo: she will love it!!
Anthony: speaking of families...where are our kids?
Reese: yea where are they?
Charlene: oh Jen and Krista took them to the park to
play in the snow
Anthony: Who?
Reese: Oh, some friends of me and Julia's, very
responsible, don't worry
Anthony: Well, any friend of yours is a friend of mine
Julia: are yall done yet??
Reese: oh sorry honey!
Julia: Does that mean yes?
Reese: Yes, it does
Julia: Good!
(phone rings)
Julia: I've got it!...Hello? Hi darling!! when are
you...oh you can't? oh well thats alright...i
understand really....merry christmas...i love
you...bye! (hangs up and looks depressed)
Julia: it was Payne....he wont be here for
christmas...he has to finish his exams
Reese: Oh, I'm sorry darlin, but I'm here
Julia: That's true, you are
Anthony: you know this christmas everything is
different from last year...i mean this time last year
we didnt have our kids

(Krista and Jen walk in)
Jen: We're back!
Julia: Hello girls!
Krista: hey everybody!
Suzanne: How were the kids?
Jen: Oh, perfect angels of course!
Krista: fine for the most part...they like snowballs
though
Julia: Oh boy do they! Their fathers have taught them
that one!
Jen: They are so darn cute, if you EVER need
babysitters, we're here!
Reese: when dont we need a babysitter? how does
Hallie's and Dixie's pitching arms look? (laughs)
better then mine thats for sure!
Jen: Anythings better than yours!
Krista: Oh be quiet!
Julia: now girls dont fight..its christmas eve!
Jen: We're just kidding Julia
Suzanne: Anthony and I are going to take the kids
upstairs and change their diapers, ok Julia?
Krista: yea..and speaking of....we have our presents
for the kids and you all in the car
Julia: Oh, you didn't have to do that!
Jen: I know we didn't, but we wanted to!
Krista: gimme the keys..i'll go get them
Jen: Ok, thanks!
Reese: so they had fun in the snow?
Jen: yup...so did we....i havent built a snow fort in
so long
Suzanne: How cute!
Krista: ok im back..present time!
Suzanne: How sweet girls, thank you
Anthony: Julia, where do you want Hallie and Dixie?
Julia: I'll take Hallie, and give Dixie to Reese.
Anthony: You got it!
Reese: how bout we go near the tree and take pictures
Julia: How many rolls do you have darlin?
Reese: Only 5, but I can run to the store to buy more
Julia: Ok
Mary Jo: listen to them....only 5
Charlene: yea well im sure you were like that with
quint and claudia
Mary Jo: Not that bad.....
Charlene: uh huh
Mary Jo: How would you know?
Charlene: i have seen those photo albums mary
jo...there are over 100 pictures of christmas alone
Mary: That's 8 Christmas' photos all together
Charlene: you mean to tell me quint was a baby for
eight years?
Charlene: Oh its alright mary jo...i mean you're going
to add about another 100 after you have this baby
arent you
Mary Jo: Oh, I don't know.......
Julia: yes you will and you know it!
Mary Jo: Ok, maybe......
Jen: i hope you do! oh shoot krista we gotta go! i
mean we better leave now if we are going to be at our
houses by eight
Anthony: well wher are you all going?
Krista: as the song says...i'll be home for
christmas!!
Jen: yup we are going home to surprise our parents
Julia: I wish Payne would do that for me......
Reese: Maybe he will......
Julia: he said he has to work....
Krista: aww feel better Mrs. Watson! merry christmas
everyone!!
Jen: Bye ya'll, merry christmas, call us and tell us
what you think of our gifts!
Julia: Ok, I'll call you girls on Monday
Reese: gosh they are sweet arent they
Julia: yes they are
Suzanne: well we better be gettin home...it is getting
late
Julia: Ok, ya'll are coming here tomorrow bright and
early right?
Suzanne: of course! AJ will probab;y be babblin in his
crib at 5:00
Julia: So will Hallie and Dixie!
Anthony: How about we come over at 8:30?
Reese: Sounds good to us!
Suzanne: bye yall!
Julia: Bye Suzanne!
Reese: Do you suppose we should turn in darlin?
Anthony: (turns around) it looks like you two have
some visitors
Julia: who on earth...
Reese: who would come at this time?
Margaret: we would daddy!
Ansel: hi daddy!
Reese: Girls!!!!
Julia: oh my goodness! what are you two doing here?
(hugs girls)
Margaret: surprising you!
Julia: What a great surprise!
Reese: You can say that again!
Ansel: well how are my two little sisters?
Reese: fine...but probably sleepy
Margaret: can we take them upstairs?
Julia: be my guest!
Margaret: Great, we'll be right back down to catch up
on old times!
Reese: Sounds great!
Julia: wow..that was a big surprise!
Reese: you can say that again!
Julia: i wish Payne were here too
Reese: you're really upset about him not coming arent you?
Julia: i wouldn't have been so upset if Jen and Krista hadn't left to surprise their parents and if Ansel and Margaret hadn't surprised us
Reese: why because we all would have been together for christmas?
Julia: no because santa would leave more presents...yes because we all would have been together
Margaret: whats wrong?
Julia: Payne can't make it for christmas this year..
Reese: and she's upset
Ansel: aww! Julia dont feel bad! we're here!!
Julia: you're too sweet
Margaret: she knows trust me
Ansel: haha....you know i wanted to chat but i am so tired! and anyway santa wont come if we stay up
Reese: thats my little girl...we're going to bed too...good night girls! we love you!!
Julia: thats right! sleep tight! well i am about ready to go to bed myself....you coming?
Reese: in a minute...i have to put "santa's" presents out for him

For future reference and future postings AJ is Suzanne and Anthony's son and Hallie and Dixie are Julia and Reese's twins!
