Oddly enough, I "almost" met Kenny. I worked in a restaurant in Cocoa Beach in the kitchen. One of the servers comes back to the kitchen and mentioned that there was a guy eating lunch down in the bar that looks just like Kenny, but she wasn't sure. I said that I would be able to find out, so I went to the main lobby where the hostess's stand was. I stood at the top of the stairs that leads down to the bar, and looked down. There was Kenny and I guess his manager eating lunch. Somebody told me he didn't want to be disturbed and I am respectable when it comes to famous people. So I waited a little by the hostess stand until they got done. They went to leave and you have to walk right past the hostess stand to leave the restaurant. So he walked right by me. I don't even remember if I said anything to him. Found out he was playing that night at one of our venues.
