Does anybody remember a I love Lucy Special where I believe either Lucy or Lucille Arnaz comes out from backstage through the Ricky and Lucy's closet door next to the stair's & Near Front Door Connecticut country house. and remember the name of it.

It sounds like you're referring to one of the three "We Love Lucy" specials, which aired in 1987. There were three such specials: one hosted by Lucie Arnaz, one hosted by Betty White, and a third hosted by Ann Jillian. Each special was two-hours long and contained three (heavily) edited Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour episodes. So nine of the thirteen episodes were featured in these three specials. Yes I remember those but I Think those was from Ricky and Lucy Apt one without the Window on the back wall. and i got most of them Taped when my Local Fox station was a Ind station back then shown them. and Back during the summer METV aired the Orignal Lucy and Desi comedy Hour.
