Default Addicted to Julie

In the first place, I realize that I have already used this title for a previous thread. However, because of how many other posts there have been in between then and now, that one is probably pushed back at least a few pages. In any event, I have written quite a bit about my teenage crush on the character of Julie. I saw her as the model of decency! The time that I really thought that she outdid herself was in the second-season episode "Katie Steals Julie's Jock". The outfit that she had on was too dazzeling for words! The thing that I liked most about her attire was her deisgner dress boots. Because of this, I have had a weekness for babes in boots ever since I was thirteen years old! Two of the babes who I think look almost as stunning in their boots as Julie does in hers are Blair from "Facts of Life" and Grace from "Will and Grace". Well, now that fall is here, there are ads for boots all over the internet! I had to go through about five screens with such promotions just to post this thread! In any event, one company that is really pushing the issue is called "Just Fab". The last screen that I came to before I ended up here had a window sponsored by that company with the slogen "Addicted to Boots". The boots on that page were absoultely beautiful! I think that Julie would look like an angle wearing them!

Julie was always my favorite sister too! And it was the site of her in designer boots that was one of the things that made her my favorite!

In one month, this thread will be one year old. Because business seems to be picking up again on this page, I have decided to raise this thread to the top. I am wondering whether some of the newcomers to this site might want to tell us what they think of what myself and the one respondee to my post were thinking about once upon a time. Now let us see what happens!

I like Julie too, the character and also Lauri Hendler. I've been watching her on Password, $25,000 Pyramid, etc. She is fabulous. And she is extremely smart!! She gives the best clues and is so good at the games. I also noticed how pretty she is. In the show they always had her wear the big glasses, but on the game shows she doesn't have them so you see how pretty she is. I don't know why they had her wear the big glasses on the show. She certainly could have played the brainy, bookish daughter without the glasses. Perhaps they wanted to make sure there was a huge contrast between her and Kari Michaelson since Katie was supposed to be the pretty, popular with boys daughter. I used to think Samantha was my favorite, but now it's Julie.

You have given me a lot of interesting food for thought. And, in my opinion, even with the big, goofy-looking glasses, Julie was still hot stuff!

I still think Katie was the prettiest. But as far as personality goes, my first pick is Julie, then Katie, then Samantha. Actually, I don't like Samantha at all as I think she is a major weirdo.

Another very interesting school of thought. I see what you mean about like Julie's personality the best. I find her to be very sophisticated and the model of decency!
