Sep 23, 2012 by Natalie Abrams Ben's new boss won't be MIA for long. Kathryn Hahn will reprise her role as Jennifer Barkley on "Parks and Recreation", TVGuide.com has learned exclusively. In Season 4, Hahn came to Pawnee as the tough-as-nails campaign manager of Bobby Newport (Paul Rudd), who went on to offer Ben (Adam Scott) a position on a congressional campaign in Washington, D.C. Though we got a look at the Barkley offices in the season premiere, Jennifer was missing in action.
