Does anyone remember the actor Rad Daly? I think he's doing a comercial for Temptations cat treats. Does anyone know for sure if this is him? thanks!

Yes, I remember him from the Jackie Chan & Owen Wilson movie "Shanghai Noon". He played the saddle rock deputy dude. He hasn't been seen ever since. But I would love to see the Radman on another title with Tricia Cast, that'll be awesome.
