Mike Smith- The Falcons does not have postseason success. They always get bounced out in the wildcard. They are going to have to get far in the playoffs to save this coach's job.

Pat Shurmur-Sorry Cleveland Brown fans, anyone who coaches this franchise is a set up for failure.

Norv Turner- I don't know what's taking this man so long to get canned. The Chargers are like the Falcons. Regular season champs, but don't have that it factor in the playoffs. This should be his last season in San Diego as the Chargers need to start fresh.

Lovie Smith-The Bears have been so up and down during his tenure, and so has the QB. You just don't know what Cutler is going to show up, so I wouldn't trust him to take me far. Cutler has the talent of a starter, but the attitude of a back up.

I think Norv Turner was surprised he wasn't let go last year. It seemed like he had it coming.

Lovie Smith got a pass because Cutler was hurt last year. The entire cleveland franchise should be on the hotseat. Yes the falcons need to win a playoff game and finally get pass the 1st round. Norv Turner should be fired if the Chargers miss the playoffs

He wasn't fired because the Chargers were unsuccessful in getting Andy Reid.

Norv can be an excellent offensive coordinator, but not a head coach.

I see they got a new owner, I forgot his name. But you would think now it's time to get aggressive and get out of the damn basement. I know Mike Holmgrem is in the front office, but they need more than him. I know the browns were interested in RG3, but the Redskins beat them to it as far as moving up to number 2.
