After last night ABC News Special (Best in TV) I Created a List of the 15 Greatest TV Shows of All-Time in my Opinion:
1. I Love Lucy
2. All In The Family
3. M*A*S*H
4. Cheers
5. Seinfeld
6. The Dick Van Dyke Show
7. The Mary Tyler Moore Show
8. The Cosby Show
9. The Andy Griffin Show
10. Roseanne(Tie)
The Honeymooners
11. Murphy Brown
12. The Bob Newhart Show
13. Leave it to Beaver
14. Frasier
Rank Best to Worst

In my opinion, this is how I would rank them:

1. The Cosby Show
2. All in the Family
3. The Mary Tyler Moore Show
4. Leave It to Beaver
5. Roseanne
6. Cheers
7. I Love Lucy
8. The Dick Van Dyke Show
9. M*A*S*H
10. Murphy Brown
11. Seinfeld
12. The Bob Newhart Show
13. Frasier
14. The Andy Griffith Show
15. The Honeymooners

Frasier is well worth checking out! Every season is available on DVD, the 1st half of the series is especially good.

Sorry but horrible choices. I don't watch any of those except rarely I Love Lucy.

My list would have 3's Company, The Jeffersons, Fresh Prince, Family Ties, and Too Close For Comfort!

I don't know how I have missed it all this time-lol I remember recently it was on Lifetime and I kept saying I'm going to check it out but I never did. Is it airing on TV anywhere now?

Lifetime weekdays 9-11AM Mondays 4:30-8PM
Hallmark weeknights 10PM-midnight repeats from 3-5AM, also some weekend airings
Some locals still air Frasier as well.
