Default Here's Lucy - December 18th Release Date for Season Six

I've just been informed, today, that "Here's Lucy" season six will be released on December 18th with a pre-order date of November 12. I got this information by calling MPI Home Video and spoke to a sales representative. We should be hearing a formal announcement within the next two weeks.

I'll buy the last season. I loved season 5.

So now I'll complete the Here's Lucy series even though I was only
planning to own the first 3 seasons lol.

Indeed it does. I had the opportunity to view that "Dinah!" episode a few years ago, and I can tell you that at one point Vivian surprises Lucy by reading her infamous "I Love Lucy" contract on the air. You know, the one that says Vivian has to be overweight. When you hear her read it, you will recognize it for what it really was: a joke. This contract was presented to Vivian in the '50s as a gag gift at a surprise birthday party Lucy gave her. Over the years, an urban legend developed -- one that remains alive and well to this day -- that the contract was real. It clearly wasn't.

Good question! But it was the '70s, after all.
