Witchcraft Tune-up?

I seem to remember in a particular episode that Samantha was briefly pulled out of the plot for some type of witchcraft tune-up where they presumably tightened/polished her magic. It wasn't an actual storyline....just a little errand randomly thrown in. Anyone know where I can find this?

I have an original uncut studio 16 mm print of this episode.

Interesting. Just watched that episode - had never seen it before. HOWEVER, that actually isn't the one. In "Troll", Sam has an outage that requires an emergency overhaul; the episode I have in mind, as stated, is merely a routine witchcraft spruce-up. No power failures, just a requirement to have it polished.
