Default I wanted to see a scene with Larry's used car lot

It was mentioned too many times that Larry was a used car salesman. The writers could have showed us at least once Larry being at work. I wanted to see what kind of a salesman he really was. Man, Larry was such an important character. He deserved that scene and that storyline. Heck, we saw Bart Furley once, and he wasn't mentioned as many times as Larry's occupation. lol

If there was to be a season 9 they could've featured Larry's car lot!

They made so many references to his job and it was weird we never saw his job

That's a good point. It would've been perfect for more story lines.

Remember this sitcom HATED filming outdoors. The only time they did was the one or 2 times they showed the Ropers' car.

Of course they could've filmed an indoor scene at the car lot. Let's do it for season 9!

Yes, they could have filmed it inside to make it look outside. They did it when Jack was a mime in a department store window.

yeah - i always wanted to see's Larry's car lot; they could have easily done a couple of scenes from the sales office or had a small "showroom" with a couple of cars inside.

Exactly. It didn't have to be an outside scene like Big3sCompanyFan commented. The sales office would have been enough to show customers interacting with Larry and that small showroom you speak of.

So let's get one of the TC writers on here and ask them why they never did it!

That sounded like a wonderful idea for a Larry spinoff

Yes and you can see Jack in there now ready to look at one of Larry's used cars and hitting on the receptionist.

LOL...Larry would've hit on her first! Then Jack and Larry get in a fight over her but get distracted when Janet comes in looking to buy a car!

Larry would have failed to get a date with her and then Jack would have asked her out and she would have said yes. But then Jack would do something to screw it up on the date and then the girl would say she should have known better dating a friend of Larry's.

Then Janet hurls some wisecracks at both Jack and Larry!
