I am not fat or ne thing but i was trying to loose weight and I lost 6 pounds in one week!! YAY!

I've heard somewhere that the most you can lose in a week is four pounds... hmmm

It's good to go on diets, but I hope you're not starving yourself, it's not heathy.

I think you are correct. I recall learning in a nutrition class that you can't lose more than 2-3 pounds in a week. If you lose more than that you are not burning fat, you are just losing water weight.

I don't know what i DID really. I might have just weighed myself after I wanet to the bathroom or something! LOL

But no, i didn't starve meself. I ran around aboutside a lot though. I don't really know
