Once a show only has one timeslot on a channel and it's 3am, that means it's over and will be gone for good pretty soon

It had a great prime-time slot for quite awhile and, apparently, didn't do well enough to stay there. It was given a chance.

A great prime time would be 7pm or 8pm. Last I checked, Happy Days was being aired past 11pm on weeknights. That's pretty late.

Yeah 9pm to 11pm is a nice slot for any show in syndication during the week
