Default It might be that I have lack of taste but AntennaTV/ME-TV/The Hub schedules stink!!

I've read the Antenna TV, ME-TV and The Hub schedules for the fall and I have to say they are lousy. Maybe, its my taste in tv shows but I just get excited about there schedules this year. The Hub adds Sliders and Hercules??? Really??Why don't they just get a show from RTV, its the samething?

Antenna TV and The HUB-STOP SHOWING MOVIES!!! Geez, we have enough channels with movies on them, we dont need anymore!! The Partridge Family, The Monkees?? Haven't they gone through there series runs yet??

ME-TV-Stop showing MASH, Bonanza and Gunsmoke!! I mean there already on it seems for hrs. a day on TVLand. And MASH is on ME-TV, The Hallmark Channel and TVLand!! Enough!!

You might ask what would I show on the classic networks??

The Wonder Years
Happy Days
Laverne and Shirley
ALF(I'd show it 5 days a week)
The Facts of Life(I'd show it 5 days a week)
Growing Pains
Mr. Beveldere
The Brady Bunch (maybe)
The Odd Couple
Just the 10 of Us
Different Strokes
Family Matters

Those are some of the shows I would show. What do you guys think? Do you guys agree or do you think I'm an old fuddy duddy?

The Hub schedule is awful.....Sliders & Hercules....really? The classic shows mostly confined to late night and weekends. A movie on Monday? I don't think Me-TV and Antenna TV are awful. My main problem with Antenna TV is they picked up BM and Benson but are only airing it on Sundays and the shows on the other nights have already been through a few runs. Let's change it up a bit. Me-TV doesn't look bad but again my affiliate just refuses to air a lot of their schedule.

I don't have cable, but I must say I am disappointed in the Hub. The good shows are on late at night or only once a week, and the crappy shows and the movies are on all the time. I am also very unhappy with MeTV for removing Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley, and Green Acres. I probably won't be watching MeTV anymore, except maybe for some I Love Lucy whenever I'm not busy. Make Room for Daddy looks like a good show, but they're airing it at such a bad time, so I probably won't get to see it. Antenna TV is probably the best of them all but not perfect either. I'm glad to see Maude back on weeknights but disappointed that Too Close for Comfort is gone. And why the hell are they airing 14 episodes a week of the Partridge Family, when it only had 96 episodes, yet they're only airing two episodes each a week of Barney Miller and Benson, when they had 168 and 158 episodes respectively. This makes no sense either. Its a wonder the tapes of the Partridge Family don't fall apart. I also wish Benson wasn't on so late and could be on earlier. I'll still enjoy my WKRP in Cincinnati on Sunday nights.

That is exactly the same problem I have with ME-TV. In the morning they show "Make Room For Daddy", "Donna Reed", "Dobie Gillis", "My Three Sons", "Petticoat Junction", shows I would KILL!!! to watch on any Canadian channel, and ME-TV airs them all before 9 AM which is dumb if you ask me. The rest of the day, nothing special. The Hub sounds like the same thing. There is no way that Happy Days and Laverne and Shirley should be on at 4 am. The only people that would benefit from a schedule like that would be PVR salesmen! Like they really need the extra money.

Antenna TV has a sh*tty Saturday schedule but that's about it. Their schedule on all the other days are fine

Happy Days and the Brady Bunch is on the INSP Channel

The Hub fell Off That channel has slide so far down on my list that it might as well be in the same category as the Discovery Channel

I think that's Antenna TV way of testing Benson and Barney Miller out on the weekends to see if they gain enough viewers to have a weekday schedule like Good Times and Three's Company

That means that's the beginning of the end for HD and Laverne and Shirley because no many people watch TV at 4am. So they will be probably be off the Hub before Halloween

Me-TV needs to pick up the other My Three Sons package and give the current one a rest. Same with PJ--make a deal with CBS to show the first 2 black and white seasons!

I have a question. How come when networks get a show, they dont get the whole show? Some shows that air, only air certain ones. Why is that? I'd make it a rule that the whole series of a show has to air.

In some cases it may be due to "Rights" issues, a Guest Star in a certain episode is now deceased, and the heirs demand too much for royalties, so that episode isn't shown. Sometimes entire seasons are left out of syndication. When Lassie became syndicated Seasons 4, 9, 10, and 11 were LEFT OUT (Seasons 4 and 11 were the ones where the dawg changed owners, Jeff to Timmy in Season 4 and Timmy to the Rangers in season 11).

Well, I think thats a dumb rule. Now, is what you said Regulus and TVFactFan for DVDs or for syndication? I cant see how something over the air is the samething as something that you pay for like a DVD.

Just syndication far as I know like how Me-TV never airs the last season of Bob Newhart or the last episode of Mary Tyler Moore.
