Blah. I like Happy Days so that means I got to stay up until 4am to watch it. Sliders, whats that?? I am glad that The Facts of Life and ALF are still on the air. Once again a channel that just cant show programming. No, they got to show movies.

The best part of the schedule is The Facts of Life remaining on Wednesdays, I'm glad they didn't pull it. Sliders sounds interesting but it should have aired at 11 with The Wonder Years staying at 10. I don't care for Lois and Clark much, 6 straight hours of it is overkill. And the Monday movie was not needed.

It's kind of like "Quantum Leap" but instead of time travel, the quartet go from one dimension to another in search of their home world. It's got drama. It's got humor. It's kind of a corny show (okay it can be VERY corny) but I love it anyways. It ran for 88 episodes.

I'm actually really happy "Sliders" is joining The Hub but the rest of their schedule stinks. I own all the episodes on DVD but it's always nice when a show that doesn't get rerun very often comes to a network.

I figured that they would move away from a lot of the older/more "adult" classic shows after a while. I'm surprised it took this long. Since it's been a couple of years, contracts for some of these shows might start expiring.

I'm glad Family Ties airs on GMC, but I wish they would put it on at night.

I would like Family Ties to switch places with 227 and air at 11PM. Or how about some Saturday afternoon marathons like their other sitcoms get?

Personally, I wish they would get rid of those Saturday marathons. I mean they burned through 227 because of it. If you go the marathon route, I think you burn the shows out too quickly. I also think that the Saturday afternoon marathon of 227 show certain episodes. I dont know for sure but it seems like they show the same episodes over and over again.

(had to remove URLS in order to post this)

Here is what changes I would make:
Mondays: Lois & Clark X2 from 8-10
Mon-Thur: MacGyver at 10 PM
Fri-Sat: L&S at 4 and 4:30 AM, Mork & Mindy at 5 AM and Joanie Loves Chachi (a short-lived Happy Days spinoff) at 5:30 AM
Sundays: Star Trek: DS9 at 8, Star Trek: Voyager at 9, and Star Trek: Enterprise at 10

Other shows that could be good fits for the Hub are The Brady Bunch (it currently runs on Nick@Nite where most of the shows are 90s-2000s and thus The Brady Bunch isn't as good a fit) and Sister, Sister. In fact, how about those instead of Hercules TLJ at 11-Midnight?

In addition, I would also put The Brady Kids, Star Trek: The Animated Series, The Fonz and the Happy Days Gang, Laverne & Shirley in the Army (including L&S with the Fonz), the animated version of Mork & Mindy, and The Oddball Couple on Sunday mornings from 7 AM-10 AM.

The Hub lineup has gotten even worse since the blog was posted. Lois and Clark is replacing Sabrina, the Teenage Witch on Tuesday nights. As if the 6 hours on Sunday night wasn't enough.
