Default Catlover not sure why I'm watching the Browns get stomped by the Eagles, lol

It's only preseason and they play each other in 3 weeks so I won't make a big deal about it. The QB that's playing for the Eagles won't be playing in week 1 and I guess the Browns don't want to show too much tonight.

But I expect a competitive game on Sept 9th when they play again in Cleveland

So Far the Browns have had

2 fumbles
Punt was blocked

Well atleast you wasn't watching it on the ETN channel which is the

Eagles Television Network

they have some of the worst camera footage I ever seen. Every time a QB steps back to throw a pass, he is never on camera.

Why is the cameraman not following the QB when he steps back to pass???

I actually get the Eagles announcers on one of my channels. I get all their pre-season games. I was watching it on NFLN though. They were switching to a bunch of games. I never watch the Eagles unless it's a national game or the Cowboys are playing them. All they do is make me upset. lol

I hope Vick never gets hurt because Foles looks like a GOOD QB. The past he made tonight reminded me of the one Joe Montana made in the 82 NFC championship game against dallas

He was patient, and waited and waited and finally hit the guy for a TD

I'm going to try to remind myself that it's only a pre-season game. They are playing the Browns and I'm not even sure how much the Browns are really going all out on this one since they play again in a couple of weeks.

Yeah you are right, you know a QB plays a lot differently once he becomes the starter-lol

Just ask

Well, the Eagles and the Browns will BOTH be playing Week 1 so if The Browns win...we may actually have a team, because the Cleveland Indians right now are sooooo bad...

HOW BAD ARE THEY?

...that The Bad News Bears could beat them in one run!

This is off-topic, but does anyone know what happened to Monika? (that's catlover79's real name) She hasn't been here in three weeks. I'm kinda concerned about her.

I wonder how she feels about Art Modell Dying...like me? Having no respect to a guy who pulled the Cleveland Browns out of Cleveland under our noses and has the nerve to win The Super Bowl 5 years later?

So close, but no cigar for that game. ACK!!! About Modell, he had done a lot of great things for the city (for the Cleveland Clinic, for example), but I never wasted time hating him. I hated the SITUATION, for sure, and he definitely could have handled better...but that whole thing was 17 years ago.
