Default Why is this a "shock"?

Apparently, they seem to be on the same "wave length"...and Mr. Strahan appears to be as intelligent as Kelly is.

I didn't have a former athlete in mind when they were looking to announce the permanent cohost

And I don't understand why he never got his teeth fixed since he has so much money. So he now works for 2 different networks and you mean to tell me he can't pay to have his teeth fixed?

This morning when I was walking to work I stopped to look at the headlines at the newspaper stand and when I saw that I literally said "Oh my God... Ugh!"

I'm shocked because during the fall he works in LA on sunday so for him to accept a job in NYC and have to catch a flight to NYC every monday morning is just crazy.

Kelly must have some FEELINGS for him or something is going on

Me either! I have to admit that I only glanced at the headline so all this time I was thinking that they chose Mike Tyson, but that guy doesn't seem like a 'normal' choice either!

So true! He's probably got so much money that he doesn't have to work at all! I can only wonder how long his rein on this show is going to last and what the reaction will be from the viewers.

He does a good enough job as a sports announcer, but this is totally different. I assume he's been being groomed and using his TV experience to try something new. The show may be something of a habit for the viewers so the ratings may hold up. I think he even tried a role on a sitcom that was terrible, if that was him he is definitely no actor.

Perfect choice would have been Joel Mchale, but he already does 2 shows and is so good on "The Soup". He is the best host on TV right now.

I recall him being OK as an analyst not necessarily good.

The gap between his front teeth has become so much a part of his identity that he probably doesn't want to get his teeth fixed!
