They have shown them, although it seems like it's been a while.

Thanks I wonder if they reduce the Petticoat Junction episodes and then after Betty Joe has the Baby then start over again.

yes, 20 episodes of season 1 are public domain. But still I think they could make a deal with CBS to finally at last bring these 2 seasons into regular syndication--it would be FRESH for most viewers and add another 70+ episodes into the cycle.

I wonder why they skip the June Lochart episodes, TV Land didn't skip them back before TV Land became Crap Land. TV Land actually used to be a decent station. At any rate, I unfortunately don't get Me-TV, but I 'm surprised to hear they're skipping these later episodes. Makes me glad I recorded them off TV Land while I had the chance.

This is just a recent phenomenon, but if they do once again start with Steve arriving and skip the Lockhart episodes, I will post on Me-TV's FB page about how lousy this is. Maybe the ratings go down when the Lockhart episodes air, but it is wearing out the number of plays they are allowed to do.

According to Me-TV's schedule, on Monday, September 3, they will not show June's first episode, The Lady Doctor. They will go back to season 4, Kate Grounds Selma Plout.
I don't know why they're doing this? They showed the June episodes before at least three runs since I got this channel. I recorded them so I know. I remember at one time they aired PJ on the weekends as well as weekdays. They showed the June Lockhart episodes on the weekend. Maybe Jude the Obscure is right and they used up all their plays.? |

At one time, I remember seeing the Gunilla Hutton episodes in syndication. I don't know if all of season 3 was shown, but at least some of it was. They also played the June Lockhart episodes. The only seasons I never saw on tv were seasons 1 & 2, of which I have the DVD sets. Although I DID see the first episode played on TV land once. I think TVLand had a special marathon of "first episodes."

I've seen on TV Land, the first episode and the episode dealing with the county election for sure. I really do not understand Me-TV's scheduling. If they are going to restart, why not season 3 with "Dear Minerva"? I think come spring schedule time, PJ is going to be removed.

The beginning of S.3 "Dear Minerva" is where the formerly great TV Land always used to start the series. Although, they did run it completely out of order, skipping all over the place back and forth. I remember that because when I transferred my tapes to DVD I had to go from one tape to another to record the shows in episode guide order. But, they did play all the color episodes, just out of order.
