Hello, does anyone know what model of refrigerator the Cleavers had in the first season of Leave it to Beaver? (The one that was white with wing shaped handles.). Thanks!

I don't know but I always liked it. I liked June's kitchen. Heck, I liked the whole house.

I don't know the brand, but we had the same kind when I was a little girl. My parents didn't want me getting into the refrigerator, so they told me that if I pulled on the bottom handle (the only one I could reach at the time), the door would fall off. I believed them, and never tried it. I chuckle to myself every time I see a scene with that refrigerator in it!

I was trying to look it up and maybe it's a Philco V Handle Refrigerator.

Is this the refrigerator in question? The handle does resemble the handle on that Frigidaire refrigerator biffbronson points to, above.
