Default This is how Good Times should have ended the last espisode

1. Bookman should have retired from being a janitor and moved from the projects to another state.
2. Florida should have moved into another apartment living close to Thelma and Keith, being retired to live out her life.
3. Thelma & Keith should have bought their own home, had the baby while Florida baby sit her grandchild while Keith and Thelma are working.
4. Wilona should have opened her own business, hired Penny to work for her and had her own apartment on the other side of town with a car.
5.JJ should have opened his own art studio, training people how to draw teaching a class to high school and college students in another state
6. Micheal should have started law school, living on campus in another state

At the end, the Evans family should have had a family renuion in Chicago at a nice resort along with Wilona and Bookman, after that everyone should have went their own sperate ways and waived goodbye with a sad song, that would have brought tears to my eyes, seriously.

Bookman didn't need any closure since he was only a ocassionally seen janitor

No Point in having Florida live alone in another apt unless she had a new man

Yes a condo was stupid since Keith and Thelma were having a baby

J.J already had a nice ending being a cartoonist

Willona already had a nice ending

Penny needed no closure since she was still a child

1. How come Florida can't live along, why does she need a man to live in an apartment, she was NOT sick and she was NOT handicapped and her kids are GROWN?

Also, I would have like for the show to end with more to think about the family moving forward seeing a bigger picture, they should have visited James grave too with the last episode.

Because her living alone would not be a great way to close out her character. Sure many women live alone who are in their 50's and older but when talking about a TV character and closing out a show you want to have a nice ending,

Unless Florida hit the lottery and was moving into a Condo alone.
