Default Will the Seahawks now be a Contender since they signed T.O.???

The seahawks signed TO today to go with the other receiver Rice along with their new starting QB this season Matt Flynn. So can the seahawks battle the niners for the Division?

I think it will be between seattle and san fran for the NFC West this season

They have a shot at the division for sure! At receiver Terrell Owens, Sidney Rice, Braylon Edwards, Doug Baldwin. Marshawn Lynch Running back. Matt Flynn Qb. I still think the 9ers will win it. But seattles got a good shot. There defence has improved a lot as well.

Yeah, Cards got no shot, unless Kurt Warner decides to come out of retirement lol. I don't think it was a smart move getting rid of Boldin either.

I still can't believe Kolb's first pass of preseason was a INT

Yeah, people got way to carried away about that guy, just because he played good when Brady was hurt. I never believed the hype. I knew he wouldn't be able to lead a team by himself. I wish they would pick up one of the old gun slingers or back ups waiting for a chance and quit wasting there time with Kolb and who ever that other guy is.

Kolb came from the Eagles and played when Vick was hurt

That's right! Momentary blonde moment. I was thinking of Cassel. Same thing applies to the both of them.

I seriously doubt it. Last season they were a 500 team, a 38 year old receiver who is way past his prime, is not the recipe for immediate success. Seattle needs to focus on picking up good young prospects for long term success. They have some nice players to work around, but TO will have little impact either way in my view.

I doubt it. T.O. is over the hill. I wish him well though. This might be his last shot. I can't believe how he threw everything away. From SF, Philly and Dallas to Buffalo and Seattle. lol

It's really sad that Terrell won't retire because he should have enough money to live on for the rest of his life. It's messed up because several black football players like him that are past their prime continue to play because they obviously don't have a lot of money in their bank account. They spend their money foolishly buying a lot of cars, clothes, shoes, jewelry, big houses and if they got a girlfriend, they buy her expensive stuff to keep her happy. Next thing you know, they're broke. They nobody have to blame but themselves. Plus every team Terrell goes to, he talks bad about his teammates and that's not smart. He wears out his welcome on every team he goes to because he's always running his mouth. What he doesn't realize is that football players are laughing at him because they know he's past his prime and he has to continue playing because he's broke LOL.
