The episode Stanley's Hotline, when Jack's girlfriend LINDA moves in because Janet went out of town

So why couldn't there be one episode with just Jack and Chrissy in the apartment like there was just Jack and Janet during the suzanne somers contract dispute?-lol

Also how come Mr. Roper never asked who Linda was?

This was one weird and confusing episode

Joyce had some sort of dispute with the producers and so they had to replace her last minute. They didn't have time to write a new script without her in it, so they just gave her lines to Jack's girlfriend and tweaked it a bit for an explanation.

But yeah, it was weird. I don't watch that episode much. It's weird without Janet.

She had a Dispute with the Producers over Money. Her Manager told her not to show up as a way of protest.

Really? I found her to be a refreshingly sophisticated lady. Mind you, I was only 14 at the time.
