I'm also a fan of Longmire. Hope it sticks around for a few seasons.
The LA Complex and Jane by Design are okay too even though they are geared toward a younger audience.

My husband really likes Mountain Men. We tried Sasquatch but the constant narration bothered us both.

The narration is a little on the dry side but I like that it's not a drama fest and like the tips and the history lessons that the show gives.
